COVID-19 transmission is rising in Davis and Yolo County due to the spread of the new, more contagious BA.2.12.1 subvariant. Public health officials encourage everyone to wear a mask when indoors, get tested when appropriate, and get vaccinated and boosted when eligible.

On April 28, Healthy Davis/Yolo Together will begin to wind down its COVID-19 testing program by closing the HDT at Research Park site. HDT will continue to offer free PCR testing for the Davis and Yolo County communities until the program’s end on June 30.
